Senior Data Scientist
I am a senior data scientist who has worked in a number of different sectors across my career. I am primarily interested in machine learning, evolutionary computation, and graph databases.

I am an experienced data scientist, analyst, and developer with over a decade of in-depth, practical experience of large volume data analytics using programming languages such as Python, products such as Alteryx and WPS/SAS, and recently have begun to work with Hadoop and PySpark.

I have extensive knowledge of machine learning approaches and technologies, allied with research into natural language processing and evolutionary computation. This is coupled with a background in programming, primarily with Python, and augmented with limited experience in C#, R, and Ruby amid other secondary languages.

I have various experience with both SQL (MS SQL Server/T-SQL) and NoSQL (neo4j, MongoDB) databases; including helping build the GDPR compliance database for Experian Marketing Services.

I have experience with mentoring junior colleagues and reporting on analytics and results to management and stakeholders. I have extensive experience writing documentation and improving processes through standardisation and automation.
